Sunday Show awards are aimed at supporting the homegrown entertainment industry and in particular acknowledging and supporting the development of new talent. In its fourth year, Sunday Show has been a platform for current chart stars including Wretch 32 and Ed Sheeran.

The 1st annual Sunday Show award ceremony will be taking place at Proud2, O2 Arena on Sunday 29th April 2012.

The award categories are Best Comedian, Best Young Comedian, Best MC, Best Singer, Best Single, Best international Act, Best Dance group, Best DJ and Outstanding contribution to home grown entertainers.

Currently on tour with Ed Sheeran, having recently recorded his debut EP, Ryan has cemented his reputation as an extremely talented singer/songwriter and one who is determined to achieve success, having recently signed a publishing deal!

With many gigs across London in venues such as Ronnie Scott’s under his belt, Ryan’s career now looks set to start gaining pace.

Been listening to some older tracks recently – re-loving John Martyn, and listening to some early Zero 7.

Touring or thinking about music!

About a month ago, when my grandparents’ ashes were scattered.

Hmmm.. most days I manage to embarrass myself!

Summer, festivals, travelling, friends.

My guitar.

Acoustic folk/blues/pop. (We meant as in fashion but ok, awww).

The Secret.

The best and worst thing about going on tour?

The excitement of large crowds in new cities/The exhaustion and missing friends & family.

Kal Lavelle’s single Breakfast At Tiffany’s just happens to be one of my favorite songs of all time.

It’s definitely a song i’m holding back for the wedding day *coughs, I regularly borrow the Lyrics for my  statuses updates on Facebook, Twitter et al, “You can not cage a wild thing” *wipes last nights mascara off cheek.

Yes I know it’s only Tuesday and on 3 hours sleep I’m functioning pretty well, this song has definitely found its way into my life and now it can find its way into yours.

Kal has supported Ed Sheeran on his tour and featured on a track with old school garage ledgened the Artful Dodger called Could Just Be The Baseline. She is firmly in my ones to watch out for list and has a lot of exciting things in the pipe line and this week you have the chance to see why for FREE!!

Featuring  ’down to earth Eastend rapper’, ‘loveable couch surfer’, ‘Grimes answer to eye candy’, and ‘Glaswegian beauty’. They all come together on this track making it a collaboration of four of the UK’s hottest talents of the moment; Devlin, Ed Sheeran, Griminal and Yasmin on Lwei White’s single Young Guns.

Lewi is bound to cause quite a stir with such a powerful first release. His unassuming, quiet nature (or so he seemed at the private screening) is typical of a producer and to have worked with not one, but four up and coming talents on his first release speaks volumes.

Lilly had the pleasure of seeing the Young Guns video ahead of its releases; it is undoubtedly going to be a Lilly Loves (as soon as we are allowed to show you the full version due for release on 10.07.11), especially as the Video is directed by a beautiful young lady and future big shot in the music vid world; Carly Cussen. Any girl, who goes head to head in a fiercely male oriented world, gets the Lilly Loves seal of approval!

However, here it is, and I have to share it! Not only because it oozes that free spirited magic that musical moments in rehearsals can create, but because the end result is pretty darn cute, shows creativity, and versatility, all by merging genres not typically associated with each other.

This is like finding the hummus and Pick N Mix next to each other in a supermarket, random, but pleasantly surprising to have two of your most favourite nibbles side by side. Of course you pick up both and proceed to the checkout!

Fem Fel, South London rapper, working on debut album ‘Eyes Closed’ he is a genuine breath of fresh air to his scene. Not only is he musically talented thinks outside the box but he is one of the most personable people I have come across.

Recently spotted on a sunday casually vibing on stage with Syco Signee Labrinth, & Kal Lavelle in a humble north London Pub (as you do). Shows he can kick it with the best of them and isn’t afraid of a challenge, not many Mc’s/Rappers can drop a impromptu free style at the best of times so to be able to do one on a sunday, on an acoustic set, when all he had planed to do was be a member of the audience definitely makes Fem Fel a Lilly Loves!

Kurt Collins, singer songwriter and featured on Fem Fel’s lates single. Something tels me this one will be trouble, check out the diva hand moves from the “uk’s prince of RnB”.

Lee Eksioglu, drummer extrordinaire and ultimate eye candy, Lee can be found playing for Ryan Keen, Kal Lavell and Fem Fel. Apparently a hit with the ladies (I hadn’t noticed)

There you have it, an Irish lass with a London postcode, a south London rapper, an RnB superstar, a singer songwriter, and a drummer with model looks. Acoustic session heaven, Lilly Loves!
